This is my first time using an automatic CNC lathe, and everything feels so new to me. I knew nothing about the various components or operations. Going from zero knowledge to actually being able to process, this manufacturer has truly helped me a great deal. Their guidance made the learning process smooth.

The machine first traveled from China to Poland by rail, and was then transported by truck from Poland to Bulgaria. After this long journey, I have finally received it. I am currently inspecting it and will proceed with the installation once the check is complete.

I hesitated for a long time before making this purchase, unsure whether to buy this automatic CNC wood lathe to replace my semi-automatic one. The salesperson was incredibly patient, providing detailed introductions. I even sent them samples of the products we need to process for confirmation. Now that the machine has been running for a week, I can confidently say it operates smoothly and meets all expectations. The processing results are a significant improvement compared to my old machine.

I have to say, the price of this CNC lathe is considerably higher compared to other machines. However, its automatic tool-changing capability is exactly what I've been searching for a long time. After using it for a while now, it fully meets all my machining requirements. The investment has been absolutely worth it.

Due to our unfamiliarity with CNC lathes, we encountered numerous issues, such as machine coordinate and tool setting problems, installation and programming of the milling head, planing head, and sanding head, imperial unit conversion challenges, post-processing difficulties, and more. In addition to our own research, we maintained continuous communication with the technical team in the group chat. Today, we made significant progress, the machine is now fully operational.
